Lowest price I've seen for the V2 dock + remote - I've been watching it drop from the low 20's the past couple of weeks. Decided to jump today.
Looks like it has an "integrated" sync cable attached permanently to the dock. I assume that the charger has a USB slot for charging w/out PC. I understand it also has component jacks (cables not included) for Higher Quality video output from 80/120gb devices.

I got one of these for my Zune80 about 6 mos ago for my HT-PC. I love it. I'd actually put this in my Amazon cart yesterday when it was 17.50ish, and decided to be in for 2 more today when the price dropped. Free shipping over $25, so the total was $30.48 for 2. I think that's about what I paid for 1 originally. My wife and kids have 4 Zune30's and we have 4 other computers in the house, so I'm sure we'll use 2 more. You do have to swap out the base plate for 30/80/and 2nd gen small Zunes (4,8?), but once you set it up you don't get shorts in the USB cable from moving it all over when you charge or sync.
This is a really good deal. I picked two up from Target when they dropped to 75% off. The kit is quite complete - video cable, remote, AC adapter and dock. Component cables are hidden behind a cover. I carry one in my luggage when I travel, as it make for a great way to watch a movie in a hotel room (if the hotel provides line-in plugs on the TV).
