FRYS.com item#: 5910284
Canon's latest EOS Rebel T1i 15.1 Megapixel, DIGIC 4 Image Processor, a 3.0-inch Clear View LCD, and the Canon kit lens 18-55mm is $699 and about $18 shipping, no tax, for me. This seems to be $750 many other places, so you save just a few bucks, but money is money. I've had good luck with Frys in the past.

Snap (shutter sound)

The online picture shows the body with lens, and I called Frys to verify it came with the kit lens. However for the skeptics, the website does not seem to specifically say that the lens is included. The website was acting a bit funky today and sometimes the instant discount from 799 to 699 was going away. Right now it shows the 699 price, and I verified that also on the phone.

I think this should be eligible for the $50 Canon loyalty program right?

Not trying to thread crap you, but I think the Amazon deal with the extra lens and the $200 rebate is a bit better in value, no?

All in all, I think the price is not bad at all, but for less than $100 extra you can get the 55-200 IS lens (Normally valued at around $225 +/-)...

Not to dampen this as it is better than retail, but for me I decided that the Amazon deal with the extra 55-250mm IS lens was worth an extra hundred bucks. Even if you don't want the other lense, you can eBay it and still be ahead.

With tax on Frys, Amazon deal is a no-brainer.

It is not the fault of OP or FRY's if you need to pay tax. It is unfair to rate this deal red only because you have to pay tax. I myself pay tax when shopping at Amazon but no tax with Frys.

If the deal is below the average market price, I don't think giving it red is appropriate. To me, this deal is just warm when the Amazon deal is still ongoing.

Just click on 'Add all three to Cart'. I just check the cost and it went up to $801.50. You might need to check the price more frequently as they keep changing it.
