Yep, it's a repost-gray-area. The other post IS about the next week's Staples ad in general, but it DOES NOT mention the SD780 deal specifically (and it's a good deal worth mentioning!). Stopping/preventing reposts is a good idea to keep it from getting cluttered, but trying to block this one on technicality is overkill, imho.

I don't know why my thread was locked earlier but seeing I was the first to post for next weeks ad..Yes I saw the Nov 1-7 posting about the sd780 and I clearly stated in my title as well as my link about the new deal...
$50 Bonus card is awesome though...It beats out all the sd780 deals so far this year including the $150 Dell last summer

I reject your premise. The question was asked about not seeing the SD780IS and since that camera falls under the catagory of a camera priced at 149 or higher then it was obviously there.
If you wanna limit your search to a specific model then thats the your problem. Now you know. You're welcome.

I think the problem was YOUR "upcoming weekly ad" (Nov. 8 through 14) directs people to Staples' CURRENT weekly ad (Nov. 1 through 7). People do not see they can actually change the view (by a single tab) from current to next week. To make it worse, the same camera (SD780) appears in both week's ad. with the same price $199.
Hope this analysis helps to all interested parties.
