I'm a little skeptical of this... after checking on reseller ratings.

This is $120 lower than the cheapest legit camera shops that I know of. I'm very skeptical.

I wouldn't give them my CC info. Probably gray market, at best.

It's definitely gray market. It even says "Import" underneath the picture. Sam's Club has it for $100 more w/ U.S. warranty so this seems kinda cold to me.
