Really sweet if you're building a htpc, since this acts as a air mouse (like a wii remote but not lame) and has a mini keyboard as well. It's a larger rebate, but cheaper than just the remote deal at fry's b&m w/MIR
Gyration Air Music Remote + Keyboard Combo price in store: $79.99 +tax rebate: $50.00 interest lost whilst waiting for rebate: -$0.083 final price after MIR: $29.91
sku: gyr4101ckus Fry's ID: 5748752
Rebate here Rebate is fulfilled by Gyration, I dont have any experience with them...
working great on my W7 WMC HTPC
**edit** I noticed the rebate just says "authorized dealer" so folks w/o a fry's nearby
i believed that your price might be wrong because on line read 79.99 after 50 rebate so you actually pay 129.99 not 79.99

Seems one should be able to get the rebate both on the remote and on the mouse. They're both on the same rebate form, but rebate limited to purchase of just one item is not mentioned, nor are multiple purchases of any item. Hmm.
$79.99 is the in-store price before rebate (DFW location). Online it is showing $129.99 before rebate. It is a great deal, if the rebate comes through.
This Gyration rebate is good, but mine took a lot longer than the "6 to 8 weeks" stated on the rebate ap. I mailed mine on August 21, and only today, Dec. 2, did I finally receive the check. However, initial receipt and validation occurred fairly quickly, as evidenced at gyration.mycheckstatus.com.

This deal appears to be on again. Fry's B&M has this in today's ad for $129.99 - $50.00 instant savings for $79.99. The price shown on the display was $129.99 - $50.00 mail in rebate so I almost didn't buy it. When I got to the register it rang up as $79.99 and the cashier said there was a $50.00 rebate. The link for the rebate was not valid but I tried some variations of it and found the $50.00 rebate form from Gyration. It can be found here. It is valid for purchases from December 1 to 31.
I was willing to pay the $80 but if I actually get the $50 rebate then all the better.
