It shows 199.99 on the page, but when added to the cart, the price goes back to 399.99. I went through to the last step of checkout, but still the same problem...
I went to purchase it and I got the same thing. I went and did chat to find out what was going on. The online person said:
Stephen B: I apologize for the inconvenience, but we are experiencing some pricing errors on our site at this time. The price shown in the shopping cart is the correct price for your item. Our technical team is working to correct this issue. Unfortunately, we are not able to sell the item for the incorrect sales price shown.
Then later he said there was numerous price errors throughout Sears.com
Hopefully someone can find one that works. I think they should have to honor the mistake. He refered me to the site terms and conditions BS. They just use these fake prices to lure customers in then play the swaparoo, hopefully they wouldn't notice during checkout.
This combo WAS on sale for $199, but only on Friday & Sat (11/6&7). Given this deal and the recent deal on the Ridgid set for $199 at HomeDe-Poe, I'm think it's only a matter of time these kind of prices become a little more common. Maybe not "everyday", but more commonly showing up when ther are sales. I'm gonna wait.
