Walgreens has Buy 1 Get 1 free on Vitamins and Supplements from Finest Natural this week. There is also 5 off 25 or more coupon in their store circular. I was looking for fish oil capsules, our familty doctor recommended 3 a day for me and my wife. There was a 300 count 1000MG bottle for 18.99 and 350 count 1000MG bottle for 15.99!! I ended up buying 4 bottles of 350 (that is a total of 1400 capsules - almost two years supply - these expire in 2013)for just 26.98 (no tax in MI).

I'm not sure how "Finest Natural" rates in quality (I believe it is the Walgreens brand), but it's very important to buy quality supplements. For fish oil, one reason it's important is mercury contamination, and the quality brands will remove the impurities whereas the cheap brands will contain these toxins. A lot of the mainstream junk (e.g., Centrum) that's out there contains ingredients that don't belong in humans, let alone in vitamin supplements. For example, some low-quality multivitamins contain partially hydrogenated oil, which is just absurd.
