Thanks to Paperbag, it appears that you will also get a $5 Amazon VOD credit for select NBC content:
"As a thank you for purchasing a DVD or Blu ray disc from Amazon.com, we would like to give you a $5.00 credit on select NBC content at the Amazon Video On Demand store"

+1
What is 390?
The LG BD390 which has built-in wireless and a few more features. The best deal I've seen on it so far was $238 from Amazon. I have the 390 and really like it alot but thats an awesome deal on the 370. Thanks OP!
So, I just did this. Going to return the WalMart one. I got my three free (crappy, but free) blu-ray movies from their selection. In my e-mail, I just got confirmation that I got a $5 credit to the Amazon VOD store.

Good if you like this kind of stuff, worthless to me but I figured I'd share if for some reason this pushes you over the edge lol.

But no $99 love?
Be patient.. I've seen $79 Insignia lately from Best Buy. the low ends are breaking the $100 barrier, Soon these high ends will follow. Black Friday? and with free blu ray disc to boot...

The Insignia ,with Netflix only, was $99 on sale, but I wouldn't exactly consider the Bestbuy house brand China knockoff player to be anywhere comparible to this LG. This LG has way more features and would be much smoother in performance. I seriously doubt you'll see this level of player w/ the freebies much cheaper even for Black Friday (not that I'd want to be one of suckers waiting for the 10 they have available).
This LG deal is really hard to beat - I was considering the new Roku player, but this LG really makes much more sense for not much more money.
Edit:
I'm just realizing that this LG also has a USB port that can play MKV files, which is a big bonus - although it maxes out at 4 Gig flash drives (doesn't support ntfs) , but this should still work out great for all your 720p TV content as well as some movies? This LG does have almost everything you'd want in a media player
