2010 entertainment book priced at $35 has $10 easy rebate. Combine it with Staples photo paper in this week's ad priced at $9.99 and has $8.99 easyrebate(limit 2 rebates)
So, entertainment book + 2 photo paper - 20 off 50 coupon - easy rebates = $35 + $19.98 - 20 - 10 - 17.98 = $7.
I'm assuming the 20 off coupon is free? If not, you might want to put the cost of the coupon in your equation. The cheapest I've found the coupon is $3.99. So instead of $7 as listed in the title, my cost breaks out like this:

I was figuring this was the local Entertainment book like I buy every year. I went to Staples and found it was a Nationwide book that was very thin in comparison. Highly disappointing since I can buy the local book for the same price and get all the same coupons that are in this one, PLUS all the local coupons. I'd bought a $20 off $50 coupon for this deal and when I saw I wasn't going to buy it, I found a nice HP all-in-one printer (F4280) marked down to $49.99. I got it for $30 plus tax, plus the price of the coupon.

Wow, that sucks. I think we've been shortchanged here! This book was as thin as a trashy Harlequin romance novel.

Where did most people find their local copy of the entertainment book? I called one store and they didn't think they carried it.
My local Staples store, New London (06320) has the ENT Book, $35 (-$10 EZ rebate) for area # 144 -- New Haven/New London. Thumbed thru the demo copy and found a number of local restaurants and stroes that had been in the 2009 book. So it looks like a good deal for me. The books are in the back of the store, on the Print Center counter.

The easy rebate for the entertainment book is valid for like 4 or 5 months, but the photo paper deal was last week only so the deal the op listed is dead.
