Raza.com in my opinion is the best out of all these for 10 bucks you get 1000 minutes, and a 2.99 rental fee. So it comes out to be about 1.3 cents/minute
So far it hasn't gave me any problems. Worth a try.
I didn't find it. Where does it says on raza.com that you get 1000 minutes to call to India and/or Pakistan for $10?
I use Airtel and dial91.com.
At airtel I use "Mharo" plan with effective call rate of 1.33 cents (including 7% tax) per min for calls to Guj, Mah and Raj.
At dial91, you get call rate of 1.7 cents per min and no expiry date. Also, they have referral program wherin you get additional balance of $2.34 if you refer someone. After initial signup, you may consider referring yourself or your family member and getting that extra talk time . So for $10.50 you get 725 minutes to call India and no expiry date. You can do auto recharge too.
Call quality is really good, probably better then airtel. Effective talk time considering referral is 1.45 cents per min to India.
I have used gtalk.us in past and would not recommend it. Call quality is not good. The major problem that I faced was when I try calling a bank or some other IVR where I need to enter my response on dialpad. with gtalk, the IVR in India would not recognise my response.

Most, if not all calling cards have an expiration. Airtell $10 600 min has a 2 months expiry, which should be enough if you call India couple of times a week and talk for 30 mins.
And what other fees?

It is on their homepage. It seems it is only for major cities / or mobile numbers. Also 1c rate valid only when you dial their toll numbers. Otherwise it is 3c.
Calling to India is so cheap i don't care if it's 1.9c or 3.9c .
I just made a payment of $25 and got rate of 1.9c no expiry on rebtel.com.

Thank you, gaurav. After searching online for a while, UnlimitedIndiaCalling DOES seem to be the cheapest of the lot. How is the connectivity /call quality and overall service though for you guys who have used UIC?
I had a couple of Q's regarding their 9 ka 10 plan and called them. I had to hold for at least 10 mins before "Jim" answered my call. He wasn't a good listener/communicator and was hellbent on giving me answers to everything BUT what I was asking. But I think that's typical "Indian service." Anyway, if anyone can tell me if the call quality is good or not, I'd appreciate it
