Perhaps that was why it was moved to expired?
After you sign up, log back in and look on the right side of your "My Account" page. Under "Available rewards", there should be a link to print your $10 reward. I just signed up and that's where I found mine.

Then read the old post from Nov 1st, and it said to try calling JPC rewards. So I called JCP rewards and the gal said they are not offering reward certs just for signing up and adding a CC number. Unless I was just really unlucky enough to get a bad customer service agent on the phone, this is not "STILL ALIVE".
1. It seems to be dead. 2. Their password security sucks! They have password requirements, but then e-mail you your password in the welcome e-mail. That's just dumb! Now anyone who can briefly access your e-mail knows a passwords you use, and if you're like most people, you probably use that specific password in multiple places. 3. And if they have poor password security, just think about the security they have around your credit card number.
it is still working. You need to use the link from the first post of the other thread. Just logging into the rewards without following the link will not work. I have used it a few time so far.

Can someone confirm if this is still working today? I tried yesterday and it worked and today doesn't seem to be working.
It was working until yesterday (11/12) using the link from the original post but I tried it and I confirm that it is not working. If you are using a valid CC and address you can contact rewards CS and you can get the coupon easily.
