In for 1. My 3 y/o daughter is going to love this and since as the description says, it's an "action-figure house," my son should grow into it...or at least get some use out of it before he's old enough to realize it's a doll house!

We have two boys (4 and 1.5) and bought one, I think they'll be all over it. If they hesistate, just tell them its a pirate tree house
We almost bought this for ~$100 last year, always had very good luck with Melissa & Doug stuff. Glad we waited!
