Their customer service is lacking, no doubt about it. My laptop arrived in excellent condition by FedEx ground service. Everything advertised was what I received. If for any reason you need to contact PacificGeek, do so via the telephone. The website says they respond to emails... but they do not. The main reason, I believe, for their reseller rating being so low and a common complaint by others. All I did was post, what I thought was a reasonable deal, Yea it or Nah it as you see fit.
