MSRP (from auth dealers): $1499.00 Price at expo: $1298.00, AC: 821.27, you save from coupon: $476.73. (or $677.73: 45% off from MSRP)
Link Denon 2310ci 7.1 channel receiver, same coupon code.
MSRP (from auth dealers): $849.00 Price at expo: $848.00, AC: $536.99, you save from coupon: $311.01 (or $312.01: 36% off from MSRP)
However, YMMV with the 2310ci because 2310 is a low stock item, you may have to pick it up or call.
No such problem with 3310 (until the FW effect takes over of course, no guarantees there)
Lowest on google is for 3310ci $879.00 new on eBay, but no warranty.
electronics-expo is an Authorized Denon dealer, so you get *FULL FACTORY WARRANTY*.
2310 and 3310 are 2009 latest Denon Amps with ability to combined video from any source into 1 single HDMI output, as well as decode pretty much anything out there. 3310ci is network enabled and can play INTERNET music.
The coupon takes the entire order 25% off, so you can buy multiple receiver if you like. Conditions: Save up to 25% off Home Audio (Exclusions Apply) (JKL33X) Remove Cannot be combined with any other offer. Excludes Bundles, Clearance, Netbooks, Game Consoles, beltronics , Bose, Escort, Shure, Yamaha and select LG, Mitsubishi, Polk Audio, Samsung, and Sony items.
Unknown expiration, or until FW effect takes over.
That's a really nice deal on the 3310. Its a great receiver.
The only thing that sucks about Denon is their manuals are completely useless. Thankfully, you can goto this website which provides a "Denon to English Dictionary" which walks you through their setup options. It'll make the process a whole lot easier and take the guesswork out of what certain options in the menus actually mean (trust me, they are not self explanatory)
Code still works. I'm not clear how the 25% off code ends up being 45 or 36% off their price. When I use the 2310ci is $697.

when does denon announce their 2010 lineup, Spring, and release in summer 2010? don't wanna buy this and then 2 weeks from now in CES they announce something for 1st quarter release.
Denon 3310CI now has coupon discount of $384, making it $908.59 shipped. Bing has CashBack of 6.3%.
Final price 851.35 - Decent but not as low as OP, which was $821.27 before any CB.
I am really conflicted between this Denon 7.2 channel 3310CI and Onkyo ONKYO 9.2-Channel TX-NR1007B which is currently at Newegg for $977 (after 1% CB). I went ahead ordered the Denon to lock in the deal and will do my research today - if I don't like what I read, I will cancel the order first thing tomorrow morning.

The onkyo 1007b is the best deal going. I'm a CI installer and prefer them over denon.

Could you please elaborate a bit why you prefer Onkyo over Denon? TIA.
Also, I read on Newegg that Onkyo has mechanical relays that make quite audible clicking noises when something is changed. Is that really an issue - I can't believe Onkyo would have something like this pass in their high end system.

I found that that HTTP interface that my 3808 has sure made it a lot easier to do setup because the whole setup is all on one screen for what sound field to what interface etc. Made renaming interfaces from DVD to Blu Ray for example much easier.
Thanks OP! Been wanting the Denon AVR1910 for a few weeks now. The code worked for that model and this is the lowest price I could find. Its is 549 on Am@zon and 449 at WorstBuy (on clearance shelf) w Code it came out to 409. GREEN!

Just ordered 2310ci for 599 shipped. We'll see if bing comes through.
Edit: Bing is pending, nice. Once that hits, total shipped of 562.12
after much hemming and hawing, i just pulled the trigger on the 1910 receiver from EE. total was $389/shipped or ~$365 with bing. an odd note. shipping on the 2310 was $39.99 and the 1910 was $29.99. go figure. while i'd love to have gotten the 2310 instead, for our smallish living room i think the 1910 will more than suffice in terms of wattage. green for you OP!
