here are terms and condition from $125 deal

* You must be 21 years of age to reserve a room. A driver's license must be presented upon check in.
* Check in time is after 3pm.
* A major credit card must be entered at the time of booking to confirm your room reservation.
* Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a one night charge of room and tax.
* There is a $14.99 Hotel Amenity Fee per night.
* One credit card may be used for up to 3 reservations.
* Multiple reservations must have the name of the guest in each room.
* For group reservations of 10 or more rooms, please call 1-888-319-4661.
* Rates are based on double occupancy; each additional adult is $15 each night.
* The maximum number of adults allowed in 1 room is 4.
* Rates are based on availability and can change without notice.
* Room types and room locations are based on request and will be assigned at the time of check in.
* Travel Agents will receive a 12% commission for each reservation made. Please include your Iata Number.
* Rollaways are an additional $15 per night and refrigerators are an additional $10 per night. Based on availability.
* Total charge does not include 12% Hotel Tax.
* An incidental deposit of $100.00 per stay will be required at check in.
