Is this the dual tuner one? Also, specs only say ATSC, not QAM, but the RadioShack comparison link shows QAM on RadioShack site. If it's the latest, 2 tuner version that supports QAM, I'd buy it. Can anyone more familiar with these tell me?

There's a better coupon code of 'cactus' (courteous of retailmenot.com) that takes $9.99 off the deal. That paid for standard shipping in my case.
