The way this sale was explained to me by a rep from Discover, you also get double CashBack on your card for these purchases (since I'm at a 1% level, it's now 2% until the end of the year). The example she gave was if I bought something from a 10% CashBack store online (like Barnes and Noble), the effective CashBack is 12%.
OK, log into discover account, go to shopdiscover, choose Dell Home, choose XBox 360 Elite bundle, currently $270, get 10% CashBack, total price after CashBack, $243!!!!

I'm a Discover card representative and I'd like to chime in with info for our cardmembers about using ShopDiscover to ensure they get their CashBack Bonus. Please keep in mind that the ShopDiscover terms and conditions require purchases be made on your Discover card. Not using your card can result in a loss of CashBack Bonus. By using ShopDiscover, shoppers are accepting our terms and conditions which allows us to keep the good deals coming.
