Seems pretty good, but not quite as good as their last "buy $80, get $40 credit" promo. Amazon has had so many great deals on games lately that I don't think there are any games left I want anyway.

Thanks OP. Could be good especially if stacked with some of the promotional credits from other recent video game purchases at Amazon (Left4Dead, Call of Duty, etc). The Xbox 360 Guitar Hero 5 kit drops to $78 after the $20 off, less if you have promo codes.

Tried to stack with the promo code I received for buy 2, get $40 credit but was unsuccessful - if anyone gets it to work, please share any tips. TYIA

OK Deal. But Amazon now has me conditioned for better deals after the Buy 2 get 1 and the $40 credit.

FWIW, Amazon still has the buy $80, get $40 code (good until 12/31):

It seems to be expired according to the link.

Too bad you cant stack the codes from the xbox 360 ..................

I was checking this deal out and thinking of getting Mario Kart Wii with Wii Wheel however when I try to add the item
to my cart there is a button that says Gold Box Deal (This item is available at a discount for a limited time). When I click to
view the Gold Box deal I am not seeing anything and cannot figure out how to get the game in my cart.

Does anyone have any ideas what the deal is? That would be sweet if the game was a Gold Box and eligible for
the $20 discout too!

My bad, I guess I didn't read the fine print!

Seems pretty good, but not quite as good as their last buy $80, get $80 credit promo they never had...

I bought Batman $51.99 and Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2010 $29.99 = $82 - $8 eca - $20 code - $24.50 (current Amazon trade in credit for Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2010) = ~$30 for Batman. Not too bad I guess.

Feel free to play around with Jillian Michaels to create your own deal as her resale value is pretty close to her retail price on Amazon.

What is the "$8 eca"?

Edit: Never mind. Found it. ECA Membership

But the membership terms say that Amazon is discontinued. See here

$20 off on the Beatles Guitar controllers seems like a better deal than I can find anywhere else.
