Best Buy has the Sony KDL-40V5100 and Sony bluray BDPN460 for $799 + tax this week. The Sony model is a much better rated tv.

The Sony V model is middle of the road, lower end while the Toshiba models mentioned above are from the upper Regza line. The 645 has an amazing black level comparable to Sony's XBR9.
