MSI G31TM-P21 and E3200 for $60, less $10 rebate on the board. Final price is $50 plus tax. Combo #6089398 in today's flyer.
The G31TM-P21 is the newer version of MSI's G31M3-F V2. Easy 400MHz FSB with a good CPU. Board is populated with United Chemicon and Matsushita caps. There are seven OST "RLA" capacitors around the CPU socket, and two more next to the audio chip. My E3200 with R0 stepping is stable at 3.55GHz at 1.28Vcore (default).
Holy Smokes this is a hot deal! The E3200 is a dual core 45nm Wolfdale. Don't be fooled by the "Celeron" name. These will also overclock to 3.2Ghz on the stock setup.
Correct...E3200 is 45nm, R0 stepping...the same as my E7400 @ 4.2GHz. The major difference is more onboard cache with E7400. This E3200 is capable of 3.75GHz with 1.36Vcore on the IP35-E.

3.2Ghz? It goes up over 4Ghz on air. I went with the AMD combo. Unlocked to a B50. As fast as any Intel Quad until you hit the i7's at stock speeds. Oc's up to 4Ghz as well. Will give a i7 a run for it's money for $120.
