Bought one of these refurbs a couple months ago for about this price. I'm happy with it. Very easy to use and manages to suck nasty stuff off tile that mopping just sloshes around. Worth it just to see if you like it, but if I had to do it over again I'd get a new one since I use it regularly. My brushes were slightly worn down and it didn't feel newish.

Why is that? I'm stating the obvious, that every single floormate model is a hard floor cleaner, hence the name floormate. Are you seriously saying that every single feature or possible use of a product should be in the title?
This is why I normally just lurk and keep my finds to myself.
