With my 1st and only time experience, I wasn't impressed with fudds.
You get a table and wait until they call your order. You then have to bring the food to the table yourself, with 4 people and their china plates, gets a little heavy. Then a trip to the bar is in order. The bar has just the basics on it. No cheese, grilled onions, bacon....just lettuce, tomato, etc.... its like they can put that on for me, i dont need to be getting up for just that. I was disappointed, when you hear they have a bar to put your own ingredients in the amount to your liking, I was thinking variety and deluxe toppings, but....

fuddruckers is awesome, they have 5 diff types of rootbeer with cane sugar! and liquid cheese! 1/2 lb peppercorn and bacon burger so good... and unlimited fries... their fries are pretty legit... crispy on the outside soft in teh inside... unlimited friesss
bison burgers, ostrich burgers, turkey burgers.... oh my
Unlimited fries? 5 different root beers? I think I'm missing out at my Fudd's!!! They don't have that!
And look, JaxFL, if you want the burger already dressed for you, go to McDonald's or Burger King. If you want a waitress, go to Chili's or better yet, a local restaurant. Fuddrucker's is a great burger that you can dress the way you like it. You go for the taste, not the service.

Never heard someone whine so much about things like this. By the way, they do have nacho cheese you can put on your burger and fries at no charge.
I haven't been to Fuddruckers in 2 years in NJ, but last time they didn't have unlimited fries. They had 3 flavors of Boylans. Well, actually two since the Black Cherry always seems to be out of order (three different Fuddruckers), but their Birch Beer is the best anyway.
That being said, green for you. I just hope I can make it in time. Gonna save me ~$5. At least I remember paying $12 last time for similar. This didn't even include Fudd's Prime beef!
I tried going to my local Fudd's on a Sunday a few weekends ago. It was about 12:30 PM. The line to place an order was snaked all through the restaurant. I am glad they are doing good business and I LOVE the cheese sauce. On the burger and a side for the fries, YUM.

I love the Fudd, but I hate the inconsistency between restaurants. I've been to about 6 different locations and all of them have different toppings (aside from the basic veggies), different beverages, different prices, and different policies (unlimited fries, burger club buy 5 get 1 free). It's so frustrating, but as far as I've found they are the only chain that has Bison and Ostrich at a reasonable price.
NB: The locations I've been to were all in the NYC metro area and SoCal area so I don't think the differences are merely regional.
I may try it again, but the last few times I've been left me with a bad taste in my mouth (for service and food quality). Granted it's been over six years since my last visit.
