It is supposed to be used for the Motorola Droid products, but it apparently applies to all models as well as accessories (it worked when I tried it with their USB Laptop Speakers).

This is true "IF" they have the model you are looking for. Trouble is they carry a fraction of the amount of models that Invisible Shield does.
I've never had issue with these, thanks OP I'll bite.

I have used more than one of each from both companies and they seem exactly the same to me. I always check bestskinsever.com first. Shipping is always crazy fast from BSI.com as well.
I've used their screen protectors before and they are okay. I actually prefer the screen protectors that don't need water to be applied. The regular stick on screens work pretty good and can be had for like 3 for $3-5 from eBay. They aren't particularly hard to put on if you know how to do it and works just as well in my opinion. They also seem to look better as well.
At least for the DROID, Gadget Guard (can be found cheap on eBay - I paid $11.95 shipped) covers the entire device (edges/sides/front/back/everything). It covers a lot more then the zagg equivalent which only does front/back.

apply a little spit to the sticky side, and squeegie it on with credit card edge.
Wait, won't it leave a glue residue when you remove it???

Having dealt with BestSkinsEver for couple of purchases, I found it to be a very customer friendly company. Until few weeks back, BSE didn't have a skin for Sprint version of HTC 2 ....so I got one from clear protector (cheaper on eBay) ...it was very easy to apply. Now that BSE carries Sprint version of HTC 2 I'd go with BSE.

i don't know what kind of screen you guys have, but i have a hard plastic screen. it does leave a little residue when removed, but a little rubbing alcohol gets it off. it's not that sticky.
Since this invishield is just Clearbra material, i'd imagine it would leave residue too?
