that's the same coupon on the CPP site too. I login both epp and cpp site, the price are the same. I did not see the config for $573 for the system they put on that epp email: Intel® Core™2 Duo processor P8600 - 14.1" WXGA LED TFT display - 2GB DDR3 memory - 160GB hard drive - DVD Recordable drive - 6 cell Li-Ion battery I sent an email to them ask why. waiting for answers now..
I seldom find that there is any real discount for IBM employees over CPP or other sales since that division split off with Lenovo.

I just configured that box so yes, it is working and it is there. Select the first T400, add it to your cart and apply the eCoupon USEANYT10 to get the $573

I think you only add the basic system, did not change the screen to LED and 6 cell battery as the config they send me in the email. The basic system is not LED screen and only 4 cell battery so you get $573.

How can you guys buy with $573 only, I have epp, but still more than $630 and with extra tax about $50. It seems coupon is invalid in epp. Could you guys share how to get such low price？ Thanks.
tested the coupons on both the epp and cpp sites and they work fine with any T series laptop even the T400s

Make sure you are using upper case and if you copy the code, get rid of the last empty space at the end of the code.

Nice coupons, but it looks like they reduced the pre-coupon discount to account for this. The config I have been considering for about a week is within 10 bucks of what it was before. Still a great deal to get a T500 with a P8600, 4GB of RAM and a beautiful 15in WSXGA+ screen for under $750.

yeah they changed list pricing to make up for the discounting...still as you mentioned you can get an incredible deal on a T400 or T500.

I agree with you guys. I got a custom configured Thinkpad T400 when Lenovo had a 10% OFF at a better price than with their newer 20% off promotions for the blackfriday and the 31% off on the American Express Daily Wish Promotions. But I would like to add that the Thinkpads are best & rugged laptops for the business use. I'm very happy with it's performance running a Windows 7 Ultimate and tons of other applications.
