Good deal. Got it for $280 cheapest just 1.5 months ago. Need an extra battery though as it will only last about 250 shots. Can't beat the wide angle, super zoom and HD video though.
Great deal on a great camera. Had mine for almost 2 months now and love it. Can't beat the features for an easy-to carry point and shoot. Very easy to use - especially like the dedicated video button. Was not looking to buy a video camera but this does a great job - especially with the zoom feature in video mode. Hi-def video quality is incredible. If you are looking for a new compact camera, I highly recommend this one.
I doubt it will be any cheaper on Black Friday. This doesn't strike me as the type of item that will be put on sale specifically for Black Friday. Sure the price will inevitably come down from now to the end of the year, but if you need it now ...

Agree with all of that. Re/ the battery, as has often been discussed with this camera---the newer firmware (1.2) prevents you from using off-brand cheap OEM replacement batteries. If you "downgrade" the camera firmware to the version 1.1, however, generic batteries will work. Google "DMC-ZS3 Firmware 1.1" or something similar and you can find info.
Hello all ZS3 owners, Can you guys please confirm and let me know whether this camera does have imprinted date (or stamped) on the taken pix (regardless of size or resolution setting)? Thanks
