We all know the best time to get a xmas tree is the AFTER xmas sales. Since I need one now, I found this one. 50% off is pretty good. Most new trees are $150 and up. This tree isn't as full on the bottom, but it suits my small space well.
Takes only about 5 minutes to setup. It is in 3 sections. Bottom branches are preattached on hinges, top branches are fixed. Wish the lights were LED, but I can deal with it.

Wish the lights were LED, but I can deal with it. Yeah, might have to through it out in 2012 when the ban incandescents!

Explain to me what's the big deal with a tree having "LED" lights. Do "LED" lights burn brighter and longer than the regular miniature tree lights? Someone commented that the other lights would be banned after 2012. Who's going to do that and who's going to know that your tree in your own home in 2012 does not have the "LED" lights on it?

Al Gore will be going door to door in 2012 checking all your lights, appliances, and automobiles.

don't buy a GE Pre lit Christmas tree ever!!!! we paid $400 dollars 3 yrs ago and the lights are already burnt out after 8 total weeks of useage only at night. customer service was rude and refused to just replace the light strands that went out. 8 weeks use for $400???? horrible value. and even more horrible customer service. I expected so much more from GE. I was wrong. $400 worth of wrong. Be forwarned.
