Personally, I had a bad experience with LiveNation , and would recommend printing the tickets if that's an option. I asked for delivery (they were a gift); the tix never arrived, and they have a ridiculously long wait time before they'll issue new tickets - I believe it was a little over two months. By then, the event would have passed, so they said I could pick up tix at the will-call window; however, since I was the purchaser I had to be present to pick them up. This event was in Calif, and I'm in NJ. Asked if I could change the name on the order considering the circumstances so the recipient could pick them up, and they refused. Asked if I could then simply print them out and mail them to the recipient myself, but they would not allow me to print them out since I had originally ordered them to be delivered. This after a TON of automated customer service responses that didn't even address my specific question. So, the cost of the tickets was forfeited. Very frustrating. Anyway, a little OT, but my rec is to print them yourself when you can. Personally, I'll not use them ever, ever again.
