$99 with new T-Mobile activation via Cellstores link
or
$199 via online upgrade (login to your T-Mobile account and choose upgrade phone, you'll see the discounted price there (2 year agreement required).
Cheaper than doing the Bing CashBack route off of T-Mobile's website.
or
if you don't like being tied to the lengthy 2-year contracts, just use T-Mobile's Even more Plus plan which will charge you full price for the phone, but if you go via MS Bing your net price after CashBack (35% with Bing) will be $292 ($449.99 - 35% = $292).

Notes:
-This is a GSM phone locked to T-Mobile's network. If you unlock it you can use it on AT&T's network for calls mostly (just call T-Mobile after about a week or so into contract and they'll "usually" send you the unlock code).
-T-Mobile also offers an option to spread the phone payments over a period of time (4 months spread for phones purchased on Even More plans or 20 months spread on phones purchased on Even More Plus plans).

Reviews of this phone have been poor: underpowered, clunky UI, old version of Android, etc.

It didn't occur to me to use Bing via the no contract option. Think I might have to pick me up a couple of Christmas presents that way!
