I had never visited one of their stores. I think they are overpriced to begin with. That being said, I needed a tux. I visited one near me. The tux separates were on sale. The saleswoman was amazing. The tailor was on his way home, she asked him if he would mind doing alterations, he did not hesitate. He did a perfect job. The saleswoman asked me who I worked for, then told me I was eligible for an additional 20% discount on NON sale items. All the non sale items I bought (accessories for tux) were overpriced to begin with so this made those purchases more palatable. This is NOT a store to make purchases on non sale items. Between the saleswoman and tailor it was the best experience I have had clothes shopping in as long as I can remember. I was measure and had a tux top , pants, and shirt that fit me in minutes, and the tailor did a perfect hem job in no time at all. I would not hesitate shopping there again, BUT only buy sale items. BTW the store was East Fishkill NY.
