Took a few tries...but last year I managed to get 3 out of the 4 store discounts that I was shooting for...so it's definitely difficult and takes some luck, but it's no where near impossible to score these AMEX offers...

(...and two of those were over a DSL connection...so don't buy the hype that you need to be on a T-1 line within 100 miles of the AMEX server farm either...)
