Actually purchased this yesterday(11/21) at Costco in the Atlanta area Morrow, GA location
I haven't opened the box yet!! This may be a tad bit better than the Office Depot deal starting today for $329 because this does includes the monitor.

Hi,

I just bought mine in Bellingham Wa., yesterday. It does have a notification for Window 7 upgrade. It still in the box.
