Cities XL is the current generation city builder game, similar to SimCity.
Cities XL at D2D

It's about $39.95 for the Limited Edition elsewhere, so a good discount for the game, but
Metacritic scores are fairly low:
69 score on Metacritic

Enjoy if you buy it.
