I got a medium last week for my daughter's dog from "Number 1 In Service via Amaz0n Fulfillment" for $16 delivered with prime. It appears to be the real deal and came in a retail package. Looks like they have raised the price to $35 now .

Amazon rents them space in a warehouse and ships the item, but you are not buying from Amazon.com's inventory. It's essentially an online consignment store.
