This is the 1st gen Vado. The one on Newegg.com is the newer Vado model, 2nd gen. The 2nd gen Vado has new case colors and supports Mac systems. There are no differences in the technical specifications.
Amazon.com has the the older Vado for $119 and the new Vado 2 at $149.
This is a decent deal for an older Vado + spare battery + portable charger.
Newegg was selling the 1st generation VadoHD for $80 recently (now sold out). The "free" accessories in this bundle can be found much cheaper from generic sources.
