This morning I received email that Craftsman 12-gal 5.0 peak HP Wet/Dry Vac was on sale, reg. price $79.99 sale price $39.99. I linked to Sears.com and added it to my cart. By the time I was done trying to find a filler to be able to use FW coupon code, the price had changed-- back up to $79.99. Called 800# and was told it must have been a sale from over the weekend. Horse hockey. So I went B&M w/ a copy of the email in hand. I didn't need it. There was a stack of them marked $39.99. The box says LIMITED TIME OFFER and the sale dates are yesterday until Weds. My shop vac had died this past weekend and supermarket has a "sale" on Sears giftcards. So I bought $100 GC for $90 then bought shop vac. Pretty good reviews.
Check out The Home Depot BF ad. They have a 12 gal shop vac for either $20 or $30 on sale for BF every year. I buy a new Rigid vac every two years at this sale. They work great ...

Also check out your local Ace Hardware store. 12 gallon ShopVac for $20 on BF.

saw that too, but they only had 3 at my local HD. didn't want to wake up super early to beat the 'crowd', so i forked over another $20 and just picked up the one at Sears. to each their own... might i add there's also a $30 one at lowes on BF which is 12 gal i believe.

It was good that you bought the Craftsman online. At Home Depot the Rigid vacs in store were gone before 6am. Mainly because they let people buy four or six or twelve at a time! First (and last) trip to the HD on black friday for me. It was a ridiculous zoo and I thought this place would be safe at 6am.
