Make sure you've got Delivery chosen at the top.... My guess is that you're seeing the price in store

I had the $9.95 handling fee, too.

From OD customer service:
"Deliveries outside our local delivery areas will be assessed a delivery charge based on total order weight (minimum charge of $9.95). "

Oh well, I guess I'll pass.
