Thanks OP, I just bought one with free shipping and Bing Cash Back (if applicable) as I used the 15% off coupon that can void the Cash Back. If you want to go via Bing, enter 612498811 in the search area of Office Depot. This is the item#.

I had the $9.95 handling fee, too.
From OD customer service: "Deliveries outside our local delivery areas will be assessed a delivery charge based on total order weight (minimum charge of $9.95). "
Just what I needed for some holiday projects! Thanks!
FYI, I put these in my cart, entered coupon, free shipping showed up & all was good. I entered my credit card and went to the final confirmation page, still all good. Clicked the order button and suddenly a $9.95 shipping fee was added to my total on the order confirmation and subsequent email. I called customer service right away as I was not going to pay 10 bucks to ship. Marie was very friendly and removed the shipping charges without hesitation. A new email confirmation was received showing a total of $3.64.

These don't really work well without a three-ring binder. That's where they kill you. Did you ever see what looseleaf binders cost these days?

Did you ever see what looseleaf binders cost these days?50c apiece for the cheap (Staples brand) hard ones, and 5c apiece for the cheap (Mead brand) soft ones. Not cheap in quality at all. Plus, there's no conspiracy on their part to "kill" you. You are free to buy the binders from anywhere else.
