Just received via Newegg email - pre black friday special. I assume it's this BD-370 model which is odd because it's currently sold out. If it's the BD-390 I'm going to have a heart attack. Cheapest I've seen the BD-370 to now was $129.95 at Amazon and Newegg so jump on this deal when it becomes available. I already bought mine from Amazon for $30 more.
Also $19.99 unlocked Motorola Cell Phone Free AVG Internet Security after MIR
All this is available AFTER 3PM on 11/25 ONLY!!
Finally, Shell Shockers every 2 hours starting 12am 11/25
Yes, bit most people don't have the Amazon chase card. I had the card back when they never had any good promotions with it, and got a chase signature so I could get 3% off other thins like gas.
I bought it for 130+tax at Best Buy over the weekend, so I would happily return it if I can get it cheaper.
If you have a Brandsmart in your area they have the LG BD270 for 88 plus tax RIGHT NOW. Had tons of them yesterday still. B&M deal only as far as I know.
At 3PM PST 11/25/09, come see our biggest deals ever. Exclusive Black Friday Deal Leak: $19.99 Motorola Unlocked Cell Phone $99.99 LG Blu-ray Disc Player FREE AVG Internet Security (after MIR)
Plus, 2 Exclusive Doorbusters available 6AM PST on 11/27/09: $189.99 6 Cell Battery Netbook $59.99 tomtom GPS
...and much, much more to come on 11/25/2009!

The picture in the email ad appears to be the LG Blu-ray Disc Player BD270 currently selling for $129.99 today at Newegg.
US-Appliance.com offers the LG BD270 Blu-ray Disc Player for $104. Apply coupon code "welcome10" to drop it to $94. With $5.99 for shipping, that ties last week's mention, since expired, as the lowest total price we've seen for an LG Blu-ray Disc player. It features 1080p output, DVD upconversion to 1080p, 7.1-channel audio with Dolby Digital Plus, USB connectivity, one HDMI output, and component and other video outputs.

If you didn't have the card, the deal was even sweeter since you got a $30 statement credit for getting the Amazon visa card -> net cost would be $50 shipped.

Bummer, same day I bought it w/no Chase card. Is Amazon credit card really worth getting? I hate Chase with a passion.
You get 3% back in points for Amazon purchases. The points can be converted to cash in $25 or $50 increments, or the points can be used for other things.
If the offer is still available, new sign ups also receive double points back for a period of time (three-six months).
Do you know what the $50 coupon being referred to with Amazon Visa card usage is about. Is it still available? Nope - dead for now. Although the coupon states it is valid through 12/31. Here is the thread that discussed the Amazon deal: http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/expired-deals/969722
If the banner is still on the Chase site (I haven't looked) then you might be able to order without the coupon and then contact Amazon CS and say you forgot to use it and ask them to apply it. it worked for two people yesterday. But it's 24 hours later and their CS people may have found out that the coupon is no longer being accepted. Very much YMMV.
BTW not to rub too much salt into the wound for those of you who missed it, but you also get a free year of Wired with the BD370 at Amazon, and you can decline the subscription and get a $10 refund instead.

Spend 30 bucks more and get the BD370 from Amazon. BD270 lacks a lot and is out dated.

Then, it would be such a ripped off. $100 for an outdated BD player. Yeah, what a crappy "shelf shocker" !!!
I only got the BD-370 page to load once and it still says sold out. Haven't been able to pull up either the 270 or 390 since 3pm PST. This site is horrible right now.

If it's only the BD270, it would be better to buy it at Amazon for $89.99 after getting $10 off for using Discover card.

More likely the BD270 model, not the BD370 model.
nope, irfanathan is 100% right, it was the BD370 for $129.99-$50 coupon for Amazon visa customers = $79.99 shipped
Ok I have an Amazon Chase Visa Card, and I didn't see any sort of $50 off coupon. Does anyone have a link for the coupon or coupon code?
