Same situation here, they just keep saying that no transaction id has found in their "search."
I've made 2 purchases within the past 2 weeks and neither had my CashBack show up. There's no point in Bing increasing the CashBack deal if it doesn't even work and they don't take responsibility. Might as well offer 100% CashBack.

Has anybody had success recently with Eastbay cb on bing?? I made 2 purchases last month and neither showed up and the CS just gave me the runaround.
I want to make a big purchase again now but I'm afriad the 25% won't show up.

when bing had 50% at East bay i used Cash Back and it work flawlessly.
