About an hour ago, stopped by at OM to check Olympus digital camera (BF item) and noticed this frame is on sale. Though tag read "As Advertised $29.99", didn't see it on the flier. I think it is national because it wasn't marked as a clearance item.
Hmm, looks like a good deal - I'm thinking it'd make a good Christmas present. I might have to go down and check it out. I hardly ever go to OM except for a good deal maybe once a year

Yet another widescreen digital frame. Widescreen is nice for TV's, but it's an odd shape for a digital frame.
I hate to be a debbie down, but it's true. Most digital cameras don't take wide pictures, and certainly most older scanned images will be closer to standard aspect ratio.
Unfortunately, standard aspect ratio frames are becoming increasingly more rare since widescreen LCD panels are cheaper to produce en masse. This makes them both harder to find and more expensive.
It's a discontinued item. I went the other night to try to find it and had the sales rep check the number. Sorry, folks, but this seems to be very YMMV.
