it.s on Amazon. I just got mine. it have awsome rating and it's very easy to use. I used to work in professional kitchen. I can use horning steels, but for the most people, this kitchen gadget will be only thing you would need.
knives need to be shapened. they will go dull sooner or later. it doesn't matter if you own global, shun, wustroff.

I just ordered THIS SHARPENER which has overwhelmingly positive reviews and is only $10. I looked through a lot of low cost sharpeners before I pulled the trigger, and based on the 161 5-star reviews, 22 4-star reviews and only 15 3-star or below, I went with it. I can't comment on it personally as it hasn't shown up yet.
