If you're not from Salt Lake City, don't count on the deal. CheapCheap1 said: Just wonder... How long they have been in the business? Also, how long they "will be"...?They'll be fine, they charge you for the experience of eating somewhere fancy, and it is just that - fancy. Oh and cheesy. They get their fanciness for free by having fancy customers.

It's fantastic. Mountains are 20 minutes away no matter where you live. Hiking, camping, mountain biking, skiing, fishing, Sundance Film Festival. It's a great place to live.
I work for the Melting Pot in Massachusetts, and they are running the same promo here as well. I'd say this is probably a nationwide deal. Anyway, if you know you're going to eat there, just come in and buy the GC a day beforehand and you'll get some free coupons.
Just a heads up -- we did this deal last year (at least I assume it's the same) and the extra $100 you get is actually four separate $25 gift certificates, each one good during a different quarter of the year (so they cannot be combined), and each requires a minimum purchase of one of their large meals (I think it's the four course meal). Still a decent deal if you eat there often, but don't jump on this hoping to just get an extra free $100 meal.
