This is a great great rock album. It came at the point where Radiohead was starting to get serious but had not yet entirely shed their efforts at a rocking listenability. I acknowledge that listenability may not be a real word, but still, I love this album.

Right on. Best overall Radiohead album, IMO. I liked their later stuff, but Bends didn't mess with anything too experimental and is listenable all the way through.
(Even the most die-hard RH fans skip over "Fitter, happier" and you know it!)
