I have not seen an official ad to confirm this yet, but taken from Southern Savers, Publix will be offering $50 BP gift cards for $40 w/ coupon in the ad. I know last time they were giving rain checks on this and you had to have the coupon. Some stores were YMMV as far as using credit cards to purchase and how many you could buy in a single transaction, but I imagine most stores will be requiring cash or debit to purchase.
EDIT: It looks like they have also changed the conditions to require a $25 grocery purchase. I guess that's a lot of groceries to buy if you plan on getting numerous cards like last time. Not as hot as the original deal...
nice obviously not as good as the last time but 20% off gas is rare and the BP cards don't expire or have any dormancy fees. find a zoned out cashier who doesn't care about the $25 groceries (unless its programmed in the system to block the coupon otherwise) or stock up on BOGO items you can actually use and split the transactions...
