The prices are not the best, but if you have a Amazon store card (their own credit card, only usable at Amazon) this might be a good deal.

Most of the new macs are on the list, so if you do get this you'd be able to spread the cost over 24 months.

That 27in i5 iMac for less than 100 bucks a month definitely looks alot more affordable than shelling out 2 grand in one setting.

Seriously though, I don't get why people are so into buying Macs at the Apple Store rather than Tax-Free and slightly discounted ones at Amazon. My Macbook Pro would've cost me $2200 at the Apple Store but I paid $1949 shipped through Amazon. As much as people rave about the Apple Store "experience", I prefer the $250 cash I saved.


does the Amazon card give you an extra year of warranty like many other credit cards? if not, then unless you planned on buying AppleCare anyway, it is a risk I'd rather avoid.
