Are they charging sales tax on the $330 or the $230? If the latter, this makes it about $250 total for CA buyers.

Yea, I'm so glad I bought early. Telo doesn't offer anything substantial or me. I bought my original Ooma for $216 after taxes. I have NO yearly fees. Unlimited service (past 3 year period).
I used MagicJack for 1 1/2 years and it was horrible. It made saving money a living NIGHTMARE. Problems galore, despite being an advanced end-user (I did all the hacks).
Ooma worked 100% perfectly for me. This is currently (IMO) the BEST solution hands down for easy, dirt-cheap phone service. For 36 months / 250 = $6.94. For me it is $6/mo.
