Same here. I even sized up and ordered Large for our 40 pound medium size mutt and they're just way too small to fit. Tried to put it on her and she just looked at me like, "Are you kidding?" The shirts are sized much smaller than the size chart indicates. Although cheap, it was a waste of money. Not worth even the return postage expense.

FYI - I received these for my dog. I think they are great. As far as what size to order... well I guessed. I have a 12 pound boston terrier puppy. She is only 6 months old and she fits the medium. So the small must be for a tea cup sized dog. So I would still say this is a HOT deal for SMALL dogs.
