There are a few other perks, but this is the lowest I have seen the 2nd generation model. It even beats their BF 2nd gen. black color special by $10 beans. There are a bunch of other stackable deals/options, some previously posted (e.g. $10 off with Discover card purchase over $50), others not (e.g. 40% off AAA charger).
This would have been a good price a couple of years ago, but now there are HD-quality cameras available for about the same price that give you much much better image quality. Image quality matters a lot if you are watching the video on a TV set, but not so much if you're only using them for YouTube.
