I logged in using the above link and placed the Zino on my cart. Killed the browser and went to Dell via bing. (20% off). Went to the cart which still had the Discounted zino in it.
Purchased via the Bing session.
Do you think I'll get the $70 off in addition to the Bing 20%?
I ask because If the discounts will stack, I'll delete the original order from earlier today (20% bing), but if the $70 kills the bing 20%, I'd rather keep the 20% and kill the new order.
The order amounts are $560 and $500 (before 20% bing - incl tax - Free Shipping)
Go to bing.com search Dell go to Dell home through bing.com (20% screen will show up) Search for "DDDOUB1" once u get to Dell home choose recommended 'Zino HD' get to the config page..
There's another Dell 20% bing.com thread from last night, and no one who bought (including myself) has gotten the bing.com CashBack yet.
In the last 24 hours, my Newegg and Overstock CashBack appeared within an hour of the purchases. Dell's site doesn't confirm that you get the bing.com cash at checkout, and then it doesn't show up in the next 24 hours... it's making people nervous.
I'm not panicked. The 20% would be a welcome bonus, but I've been sitting on my purchase decision for two weeks and the 20% was the incentive I was waiting for to pull the trigger.
if you don't need the mouse, it looks like you can remove it and save $10.

I think YMMV with Bing.. Hopefully Dell will be better with Bing CashBack. I just ordered a HP 300z from HP Direct also via Bing and HP shipped it and cancelled the Bing CashBack right after. Never gave a reason why; Bing can't figure out why either but says it's beyond their control - they have to abide with whatever the store does even if there is no reason for it. So unless you get 20% CashBack immediately, I'm sticking with FWallet for the time being...
Ebates is giving 6% for Dell right now, do you guys think we can double up ebates with 20% from bing? It always works for me when I double up on eBay, but I've never tried doubling up outside of eBay. Has anybody ever tried this?
I see 6 pages of successful transactions when I log into my CB account. I'm not sure where the YMMV talk comes from. Bing seems as reliable as any other CB program out there. The only thing I don't like is the special terms like they have for AT&T, i.e. new lines of activation only. It's not realistic to expect folks to read the T&Cs everytime they enter a merchant's site.
Aplogies in advance for the dumb questions but I have not bought a PC in a while and have not looked at the Zino previously, but this deal looks hard to pass up.
I have a 5-year old Celeron kitchen PC that needs to be upgraded some day. It's pretty much used only for web, iTunes, and watching videos. No gaming. Is this PC going to dramatically outperform it and run Windows 7?
I noticed an upgrade option to Windows 7 64-bit. Is this a 64-bit processor?
For the needs I described, which is the best processor option?

Go to the "Customize Processor" screen. Take a look at the picture of the processors taking note of the bottom left corner. I think that answers your question.

Thanks but maybe we're looking at 2 different Dell configuration flows. The "Select My Processor" screen has only one image on it (of a big AMD Athlon logo). No links to find out more, or to compare processors. When you hover over the different options the logo changes to say X2. That's it! Pretty pathetic.

Seems like Dell removed the option of not having the mouse now.

You don't have the big 64 in the bottom left corner of the pic (of all 3 processors)?

I don't see Dell in the list of CashBack stores from the Bing website. Where's it at??

Bing Confirmations are coming in NOW... (at lest the ones from yesterday) Yes! Got my Bing confirmation too (~42 hours after order confirmation email from Dell).

I also just got my confirmation too on my Mitsubishi WD73C9. Whew what a relief. A hefty $279.

Finally decided to pull the trigger on this after seeing people are getting their Bing confirmations. That and I've already been agonizing long enough over getting this or the Acer Aspire Revo.

Looks like it's gone! I keep getting the "we have to adjust your order" screen and, they've removed the Zino from my saved cart.
My zino ordered in november is now in Delivery Prep..Which means its shipping today..it had delivery date of 02/24 due to bluray, but it looks like it's shipping sooner
