Not too bad a price for a netbook with Windows 7, N280 CPU, and 6 cell battery. All the $200 netbooks have Windows XP, N270, and a 3 cell battery. Also, Toshiba has a somewhat better reputation than Acer and Gateway.
You have to decide for yourself if the extra features are worth $100 to you.

one should be beware, i returned the same netbook because of the limitations of the OS, i.e., Win 7 STARTER, if this had XP i would have kept it, there are a lot of features missing in Starter that xp has
